The great Azumanga Daioh photomosaic!

If anybody has seen a "photomosaic", they will notice a bunch of little images that eventually make up a single picture.
Right now, I am currently working on a photomosaic that will feature the Azumanga Daioh anime. Using screencaptures from the show itself, I will eventually render all the images into one unifying image (which I am still deciding on).
So far, I have captured 767 distinct screencaps from the first three episodes, making about an early average of 250 images per episode. Meaning that when I have completed getting the individual images, I'll have about 6000-7000 images to complement the final "big image."
If anybody here has any recommendations for a good photomosaic software or have a really good image of Chiyo-dad, please PM me!
