Best Online Site to Order Japanese Music From?

Postby Riggidig » Thu Aug 27, 2009 12:37 pm

Hey guys. I want to order the Japanese version of the Street Fighter 4 video game soundtrack (for some reason the English version of the soundtrack is missing quite a couple of the tracks, grrr). I'm looking for the best recommended site to order from (please keep in mind I live in South Africa so I'm obviously looking for a site that ships internationally). So far I've come across http://www.play-asia.com that is selling the album for $32 (plus an additional $4 for shipping to my country).

Thanks in advance :-)

http://www.japanfiles.com is a great place to get some real good independent Japanese music. I have found so many good Japanese bands there.

Thanks Mr. Rogers, but the soundtrack doesn't seem to be available to order from their site :-(

They sell independent bands. You won't find anime or game music on there.

cdjapan lists it for $32 also (plus shipping -- I strongly advise EMS). Not affiliated with cdjapan, just a very satisfied repeat customer.

Sounds like CD Japan is pretty good. I've used play-asia before and was very happy. $32 isn't bad for an import CD (try looking up a Metal Gear soundtrack on Amazon. . . mwa ha ha ha. . .)
