Adam D.=Excellent, new album.

I'm not by any means an As I Lay Dying fan.
Nothing from them, to me, has sucked, but nothing is above average.
It seems to be generic Metalcore.

However, this new album appears to be worth a buy by far.

I like what I've heard so far. Doesn't sound altogether amazing or anything but I think that it'll be worth the money.
