The songs would be:

KoRn_ Here to Stay. An ironic little song, taken with the context of it being a funeral.
Jimi Hendrix's cover of Bob Dylan's All along the watchtower. I love that song.
Metallica_ Nothing Else Matters. A personal song for me.
Beastie Boys_ Fight for your right to party. I think that would be hillarious to hear at a funeral.
Beatles_ Yesterday. Another personal song.
ACDC_ For those about to Rock (We Salute You). OY!!
Tool_ Lateralus. I think that would be awesome to hear given the meaning of the song.
Whitesnake_ Here I am, Rock You like a Hurricane. Just when you least expected it.
Guns and Roses_ Paradise City. Self-explanitory.
Rage Against the Machine_ Mic Check. No real reason for choosing this one, I just like the song.
Soundgarden_ Rusty Cage. At the time, I'll have broken mine.
Nirvana_ All apologies. It's somewhat fitting.
Smashing Pumpkins_ Today. That's fitting.

That's all I can think of for now.
"Relax, turn around, and take my hand." Tool
"Heir Kommt Die Sonne." Rammestein
"Now the world is gone, I'm just one. Oh please God help me." Metallica
"Are You Ready?!?" KoRn
"All and all your just another brick in the wall." Pink Floyd.
The downfall of society will be society itself.
Rap is the malignant tumor of the music industry.

I'd want the slow portion of Gustav Holts' 'Jupiter', it's all slow, sad and epic sounding, and it gives me goosebumps. Plus, the first time I ever heard it was about five minutes after my canary died, when I was in the middle of finding a box to bury him in. So there's a definite death association for me.

Pity it's so short, they pick up the tempo and return to the fast part way too soon in my opinion.

Dang, I just saw this thread today for some reason. Anyways, my songs I'd want played.

Tears In Heaven- Eric Clapton
Sweet Child of Mine- Guns N Roses
Amazing Grace- it's gotta be with some kick butt bagpipes though
Turn The Page- as done by Metallica
One- Creed
Fields of Athenny- Dropkick Murphys
Alive- POD
Pressing On- Relient K, just because
I Can Only Imagine- Mercy Me
Be Thou My Vision- again, gotta have the bagpipes

There's probably some more but I've got a test I need to study for.

Relient K's "Sadie Hawkins Dance". With kazoos.

Seriously, however, I would have them play Demon Hunter's "I Have Seen Where It Grows".
