Poets of the Fall

And no, this has nothing to do with UC Pseudonym ^^;

They are a relatively new Finnish band (in fact, I think they only came out 2003 or 2004). They've only got two or three singles out, and the two songs I've heard from them are AWESOME (and in English)!

How, you may ask, do I know of POTF if they're relatively obscure and all the way in Finland? Well, one of their songs (Late Goodbye) is in the credits of Max Payne 2. And that's how it all started.

I went to their website to listen to some samples of their music, and from what I listened to it sounds like good music. I was fairly impressed with "Maybe Tomorrow is a Better Day"--but more by the music than the lyrics.
Let others believe in the God who brings men to trial and judges them. I shall cling to the God who resurrects the dead.

I particularly like their song "Lift." In fact, I'm listening to it right now.

I can't believe that POTF have a second album out/coming out already! I d/l'ed four of their songs from their Myspace and they're all quite good.
