Fansubs again

Hi! Just felt like telling everyone...
Some of you now I had a dilemma/ problem with continuing with the downloading of fansubs a while back. My stance changed back then to no more downloading fansubs irregardless. I would only buy DVDs. If it was not licensed, I would get it from Hong Kong, i.e. bootlegs. I was chatting to a friend recently, and he made it crystal clear I was deluding myself. So I worried about fansubs again and took another look at CAA's fansub threads. Once again my stance has changed. Now, I will not download any licensed anime or manga, but unlicensed manga and anime I shall download as much as I like until they become licensed, or the series ends. I hope this decision is right. One thing that really influenced this decision which I hope is right, is that on one of the CAA threads, someone had a post saying that copyrights are country-specific. Therefore, since I do not live in Japan, but in London where few animes and mangas are licensed, I should be able to download lots of anime. (^_^) However, as I said before, I will stop if the series is licensed and wait until the company comes out with the episodes after the episode that I stopped downloading on. I hope this is the right decision... If you disagree, please tell me why. Maybe my stance will change once again... Yay! I can download again!
