ow-ow,caa has pop-ups now...

I noticed this for the past two days every time I go to caa pop ups appear. caa is the first website I go to so it's nearly impposible to have one of 'em "secret pop-up windows" Dj Noz,Ashley, and other mods, whats wrong?

The caa definatly has no pop ups. There is probably some "adware" on your computer that makes them appear.

Got a few a long time ago, but that was from adware. So, I downloaded spybot - search and destroy, to remove it, haven't had a problem since.

yeah dl some spy ware removing software and they should go away. i just fixed a guys pc the other day that had a ton of those things. all i can say is thier evil

man...that scared me for a second. pop-up ads are evil. they are so annoying its not even funny. that's a big reason i use mozilla, gets rid of all them annoying pop-ups.

The problem with pop-up blockers is that they block valid things such as flash consoles... The one I use elliminates this problem, but it requires "training" and that opens up NEW problems (particularly that "***THIS IS AN AD***" type pop-up that has asterisks at the beginning which basically makes the blocker shut off ALL open internet explorer windows)

There's a program called the proxomitron that blocks java script cookies which is normally what those cookies are e.g. Double Click. I use AdAware for spyware removal.
