I am sooooooo frustrated right now. The time I usuall get on CAA is in my school's buisness coputer applications class. But it seems that they have tweaked the system a little more (it was already terrible to begin with). Now I can barely get on to this site. Half of the time it blocks out http://www.google.com. I understant thier purpose but isn't this going a little far? I'm all finished with my work when I get on. And I had a ton of trouble getting on CAA. :sniffle:

I'd be surprised if they blocked out google.com.. I find that it's the single most educationally useful site out there.

Yeah, no kidding. I consider it second only to http://www.refdesk.com.

Sorry that you're having some trouble with getting on CAA, Towi. :(

I understand. The only time I get access to CAA in the daytime is through the journalism comps, which have Websense. Webnonsense is what we call it...it blocks out google's image search and a ton of other stuff. I'm suprised I was even able to get on this year during school..."web hosting/personal web sites" are usually :banned:

Hmm. Blocking out Google? That's weird. I'd almost think it was a problem with spy/addware blockers going haywire. It's been a while since I played with them, but I think they are in c:\windows\hosts.(not sure what the extension is...) TXT, INI, hmmmm can't remember.
