Not everyone has this luxury. Taking vitamins and getting regular exercise can offset the health niggles that a few less hours of sleep a night get you. Sometimes you just can't help but not get sleep, whether you have a dissertation pending or a newborn baby crying. So, the above aides become essential.

I can sorta relate, which is why I rarely ever play on my DS while laying down at night...I used to be real good at it, but now I can understand why this precaution exists: Do not play video games while tired.

On quite a few occasions, I've found my DS under my bed and upside down with a dead battery. XD
