I scored 90%. There were three or four questions that had more than one reasonable answer, but most of them should be fairly simple for an experienced driver.

I also missed the tailgating question. In my humble opinion, the very last motivation you should use to do anything behind the wheel is how the other driver will feel about it. I didn't think any of the answers were correct on that one.

65% which isn't that great and I just got my license a little while ago.....well I guess others on the road better watch out 'cause here I come ^_^

I believe the laws are national, they just aren't commonly used.

Not to repeat myself, but I think you're considering this question in a different way than the test makers. While I could be wrong, my general feeling is that it's only there to encourage you not to tailgate.

I got a 70% ^__^ i don't drive, but I did pass my written test back then ^^ It's been a couple or a few years ^^

I think I understand the motivation, but my contention is it is flawed. The reason to not tailgate is to avoid colliding with the car in front of you should they need to brake suddenly, not to avoid angering the other driver. Some drivers take great delight in annoying other drivers anyways.
