First, 50+ is a generalized term to imply that the pokemon is over level 50. They could be 80's or higher, you know.

Second, this tournament seems to be done by Battle Tower rules, meaning it'll be three pokemon that will be level 50's.

Oh well, I will leave registration open as long as possible (until the server is taken offline).

As for hacked pokemon (Darkrai, for example), they are banned from tournaments until there is a legit method of getting them in the game. If the pokemon simply can't be had without the use of hacking tools (like Action Replay), I'm afraid that it simply wouldn't be fair to let it into these tournaments.

Edit: Oh, and Darkrai's a legendary anyhow. No legendaries this time pl0x.

Edit2: And that's right, all pokemon in this tournament are level 50. Diamond Pearl's online games let you choose what level every pokemon is set to. Even pokemon that are under level 50 get boosted up at the time of the game.

Yah, everyone's pokemon can be automatically set to either level 50 or 100 in online battle mode. (In this case, we're doing 50.) That helps make it fair so that you can enter a pokemon of any actual level.

Haha I didn't mean that in a negative! You just don't find a lot of 'strategy' playing against the NPCs, that Glalie gave me a bit of a rough time on the takedown, and than Yanmega's Bug Buzz was nothing to sneeze at either! My poor little Flygon.
