Korg Ds-10

This is one of the best DS games of 2008. And for good reason: it's a full-on recreation of a KORG MS-20 synthesizer on your DS! Other than the fact that this is one of the unlucky $40 DS games, this is more innovative than quite a few $30 DS music games anyway. People who are into synthesizers will love this (it has two VCOs but the MS-20 only had one, for instance) but people who are new to them will also think this is one awesome game (to make a loop, you either use a keyboard or a touchpad. The touchpad is the better way to make music, IMO). So whether you know how to play a synthesizer or a noob at this kind of thing, you're gonna love this game. It's the best 40 bucks I've spent on a DS game since The World Ends With You, and I think you'll agree.

Oh cool! I'll have to think about getting this when I have some money. I was psyched about it when I heard about it, but I didn't know it was released here! Thanks!

What would be really great is for Korg to design emulator software that would allow a DS to imitate their Kaossilator unit. At any rate, I may have to check this out - it might give me reason to use my DS again.

That game does look interesting.

I just might buy it. :)
