Shoulder Injury

Okay, it's not as bad as the title sounds. A couple months ago after I played raquet ball, my shoulder started hurting. At first it only hurt if I supported any weight on it. But now it hurts when I lift anything and when I move it certain directions. I went to the doctor and he said that I have a strained rotator cuff and that I won't be able to really play any sports that involve using my arm until this fall. And before I went to hte doctor, I had only played two field hockey games out of the season before my said she didn't want me playing because of my shoulder. The doc gave me some shouler execises to do three times a day, and my shoulder actually feels a little better after I do them. So please just pray that my shoulder heals quickly. I can't wait to swing my field hockey stick again!
