Usually I wouldn't post this as a prayer request seeing as how nightmares never really bother me but now they are getting so bad that I think about them most of the day. Most of them are about my daughter dying or my husband leaving and it's making me more and more phobic of these things happening on a day to day basis. Please pray that these dreams can stop or that I can find a way to make them stop ruling my days and causing very unwanted anxiety.

Ugh. I hate those kinds of nightmares- I've had similar ones to involving family members. Praying that they stop soon!

Dear lord, please protect Gala's family from harm, and give her the peace of mind that comes from knowing your love, no matter what happens.
I shall continue praying for you as well.

You know, someone tried to tell me that nightmares truly end when someone passes the age of sixteen, due to growing and whatnot. This disproves that, and I'm actually kind of happy about it.
Dreams happen for a reason - and if anything, maybe this is God's way of telling you you need to pray about something in particular?

I'll be praying Gala. Nightmares are horrible, especially when they involve people you love. God is with you throughout this.

I was actually thinking the same thing.. I've had dreams that have told me things before they happened or warned me of things that might come if something doesn't change. I have been praying for the safety of my daughter and for my marriage to stick. My husband and I have been fighting a little so it worries me even more.

Dreams are hard to pin down sometimes. Some are actually meaningful, some don't necessarily mean anything at all. Usually, it's your mind's way of doing the laundry. Sorting out things you don't think about during the day. It's quite normal to dream about bad things happening to people you love. I wouldn't worry too much about it if I was you.
I'll be praying for your peace of mind.

Gala I can relate. I have had chronic nightmares at a young age and I'm now 23 and still have them. I will pray that they will lessen. Sometimes a dream is just a dream and sometimes they can reveal parts of ourselves that we don't consciously realize.

God is with you. Keep reminding yourself of that.
I'm praying for ya, Gala!
