Need a prayer

Hey guys, yesterday a girl I know called me and asked if we could hang out today, and I don't know why really as we never been with each other alone before.
I don't know what to do if she really likes me, she ain't a christian but she knows I am, although I don't really think she knows what it means to be a christian except going to church.
This is really confusing as I never had this problem before but I think I remember reading in the bible that we should not be in relationships with people who don't believe. So in that case, how do you say no to a cute girl without hurting her?

I always respect the most honest approach, even if it hurts. Be tactful, though.
You could always drop subtle hints that work for your protection, too, like always asking if you can bring a friend.

Even though it's generally advised against, I do know many people who have dated/married others who weren't of their religion, and a good number of their relationships have worked out. Basically, do what you feel God wants you to do. Maybe she just wants to be friends- you don't know for sure, so you should wait and see.
However, if you don't feel comfortable dating her, then yes, you should tell her tactfully that you don't really feel comfortable dating someone who isn't Christian.
Praying things work out somehow!

Yeah my mum wasn't a christian when she and dad started dating and it all turned out good. But I don't know really, I'm 16 and even though I like the girl I feel the most relationships in our age isn't serious, but well I'd guess I have to wait and see like you say.

I think you should be honest with her... and if this is true [which I'm assuming it is by what you've said], you should admit to her that it's important to you that any girls you date have a relationship with/love for God. Or something along that manner, y'know?
Honesty is extremely important in a relationship. If any girl is interested in you for dating, then she needs to have respect enough for what you say is important to you.
Both Yuki and Atria gave wonderful advice. If you're not comfortable, ask if you can bring along a mutual friend. And you really don't know for sure what this girl is asking you to hang out for, so wait and see and make your decision confidently once you have enough info to base it on.
And lastly, at your age of 16, ask yourself... is dating really important at your age? A relationship either goes deeper or breaks off. Whenever you start dating someone, be prepared for either way.
Anyway, I'll pray for you and that God will guide you to make the right choice.

I'll be praying as well and please keep us updated ^^
Like the others said, do what feels right for you. You'll know if it's right or wrong, so consider whatever feelings you may have ^^ Rather it be big or small. Weigh them all out and you'll find the answer!

You can date/marry someone who isn't a christian, but you should attempt to make her one. She can bring you down in your walk if you're not careful.

Aight this is what happened, we talked for 'bout 2 hours and I saw she had something she wanted to say before she had to go. And after some minute she finally said that she liked me for a long time, and that she wanted to know my feelings. So I said the truth that I when we first meet really liked her but as I got.. well.. stronger as a christian I've started to think about things differently and that I was very serious with my faith and stuff. Not that I stopped like her but I wasn't as into getting a girl anymore as the most relationships in our age end so early because of bad reasons. So she accepted the fact that I was a christian and well after we talked a while and I said I wasn't looking for some unserious relationship or something and it really seemed like she wanted this to work out.. If what she said was the truth (Which I really do believe) she changed alot too in a positive way although she's not a christian. Then she had to go and well, we kissed each other. ^^ Anyway thanks alot for praying and please continue to pray for me as I walk into what will be my first real relationship with a girl as a christian.
And btw, what does a girl mean when they say you should contact them? Is that the next day or in a week? xD

Haha, well, I guess that interpretation is up in the air. I'm all about "no games" in a relationship, so I wouldn't worry so much about what something means - just call her soon.
By the way, if you're interested in pursuing a Christian relationship, you might want to consult one of many strong books out there about Christian dating/courting. I'd recommend Joshua Harris books, like
Boy Meets Girl, and
The Book of Romance, which deconstructs Song of Soloman and shows how it discusses the different steps in a relationship.

I'm so glad it looks like things are working out! ^.^
I would say call her sometime in the next three days. A week is a little much.

Yea, maybe a day or three later. You don't want to appear clingy.
