soccer and my knee

well last year in december we were playing a soccer game at school. we were getting killed, as usual. well during the second half this girl kicked the back of my knee right on the joint. it hurt really bad. anyway, this was a little more than a year ago and my knee still hasn't healed. it's actually gotten a little worse. there are times when i can hardly straighten it out because it hurts so bad. i'm supposed to be taking advil twice a day for it for ten days and then we'll go back to the doctor, but i can't ever remember to take the medicine for more than four days at a time. since it's childrens advil i have to take six of them at a time and by the fourth one i want to throw up, so i don't really like to take the medicine. but i know that i have to because i can't play soccer again until i take it. this really sucks because i really want to play soccer again and i can't ever remember to take my advil. please pray that i can remember to take my medicine and that it helps my knee get better. thanks. ole, ole, ole, ole.

I'll pray for you...Maybe you should set something up to remind you to take it...Like a bright colored sign or something like that...

Wow, I'm sorry to hear about your knee, convoybutterfly. I'll definitely pray for you. Is there something else you could take that would come in a smaller quantity? Or maybe you could take Rashir's advice. I set timers for my son's medication. Ah well, God bless and I hope your knee feels better soon.

Wow, no one answered your question. :o I had forgot to answer when I first read it; I am pretty sure they make liquid Advil and know for sure there is liquid Tylenol. Are you allowed to take Tylenol? You should go to a pharmacy and just ask.

I'll keep praying for you. :) How are you doing at the moment?

I'll pray for you!
I know how it feels, I am a very athletic person and I have gotten many injuries over the years (including tow sprained ankles in soccer at the same time!).
I'll be Praying that you will remember your medicine and get back to playing ASAP!
