The deleted prayer request

Postby Bobtheduck » Mon Sep 22, 2003 10:13 pm

I wrote up a big response that was sincere and the thread was closed and deleted before I could post...

Are you sure this person was a troll and not, perhaps, just someone who was honestly asking for help?

I poured my heart out to that person and it never had a chance to air...

I'm praying for that person, but I would like to know if it was a woman who put male by accident or a man who was in a homosexual relationship... Either way, I would have liked to know what to pray for...

The person's profile listed them as a Satanist - they were indeed a troll. Although I still think we should pray for him...I'm sorry you got cut off though...didn't mean to do that to you.

BOOSTER: Hey, No.1! Where's my cake?!
SNIFIT 1: Booster, Sir! There's a 70% chance the object you're standing on is a cake.
BOOSTER: What? THIS thing's a cake?

You have the power to say anything you want, so why not say something positive?

(in response to an interview question "Do you have a pet peeve having to do with this biz?")
People who write below their abilities in order to crank out tons of books and make a buck. Especially Christian authors who do that. Outsiders judge us for it, and make fun of us for it, and it makes Jesus look bad. We of all artists on earth should be the most concerned with doing our best possible work at all times. We of all people should write with all our hearts, as if writing for the Lord and not for men.
