Terri Schiavo (not a discussion thread!)

This is NOT a discussion thread. Mods, please lock it if this becomes a political debate.
We just need to be praying right now that whatever happens will glorify God (I'm not telling anyone my opinion), and that if/when she dies, that it's peaceful.
Please don't post your opinion about what's going on. This is just a thread reminding people to pray. (And if it belongs in the prayer forum...sorry!)

1. If it's a prayer thread, it belongs in the prayer forum. No ifs, ands, or buts. I should have deleted this but I had something else to say on the topic, thus it stands.
2. STOP WITH THE SCHIAVO THREADS. We have had ENOUGH of them reminding us to pray and not to bicker. Enough is enough. What happens to her is in God's hands anyway, so it's not like a profuse amount of threads provoking people to the edge of polite discussion will really change anything. Anymore threads on Terri, regardless of intention, will be deleted. We simply don't need any more.

Thank you. I'm tired of arguing about politics. Whatever God's will is in this situation, let it happen and let something good come of it.
I will be praying for Terri, as well as her husband and parents.

I agree with Ashley. And a reminder to those who read the Prayer List: no more threads (including this one) will be reflected in the List regarding Terri Schiavo; she has been in there for weeks and weeks thanks to the first two threads, so no requests for her will be (or have been) placed in the Prayer List.
Regardless, we should continue to pray that God's will be done in this situation, and leave it at that. And Heart of Sword, please don't be offended by comments made in your thread about this situation; these are just comments intended for the entire CAA community.

I'm still asking prayers for Terri Schiavo - Her Family - and her (IMO) Wicked Husband.

Do you have to put your opinion into everything? This was a prayer thread....
I'm not trying to start a fight, but I'm tired of having political/social arguments.
Also, her husband is no more wicked than any of us.
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
Anyway, I'm still praying for the situation.

Terri Schiavo is (from what I know) a girl who lost the ablity to move her arms and legs and is also unable to speak and eat. They were keeping her fed threw a feeding tube but they resentally took it out.
She's definitely been in my prayers and will continue to be.

Her parents want to keep the feeding tube and allow her to live, while her husband wants to remove the feeding tube. It's a question of whether she is in a vegetative state or can ever recover. That's it in a nutshell.
With that, I believe that a mod should just go ahead and lock this thread to prevent any further discussion and arguments. We can continue to pray about this without posting any comments.

Guys, knock it off! No more slamming, I mean it, the mods mean it, and Ashley, means it the most. Either SAY your going to pray for Terri and her family or DON'T. As Ashley said, this is a Prayer Forum, not a hate forum.
I will PM one of the mods and ask them to lock this there is any mention of slamming. Sorry Heart of Sword, but this will happen if it gets like this.
Now, going back on topic: I will pray for Terri and her family, that everything will go the way GOD wants it to go.
Prayers ^/\^ and God bless,
Cephas

Wow, perhaps this is a moment of momentary weakness....or perhaps a just truth spoken from a lack of sleep. Somtimes things really irratate me on these boards. I saw the comment about "wicked husband" And said to myself, ignore it...hopefully everyone else will...but no. Every single fricken topic on this site has to become a fight. If I made a thread about grass being green...someone would come along and start a fight. Get real guys. Rather then spend time taking popshots at each other...take that time and pray about the situation. Pray that Gods will be done in the situation, and that no matter how sad or bad things look...that somehow God can be glorified through this, and perhaps someone could be drawn to Himself through it. With this, this thread is locked. I hope everyone takes a second to look within thereself and realise that nobody is perfect...and spending all your time picking fights is wasting time is useless. You could be doing somthing for the Kingdom.
