What you can expect from a 16 year old other than relationship problems?

Anyway, I'm seeing a girl right now, and I'm not completely sure of God's will for us. Either way, she wants to wait a few months before actually dating, but again, I'm not completely sure of God's will, because someone wise and very dear(it's like the Relient K song "17 Magazine"...sorta...) to me showed me the concept of God's way of showing you what he wants. He doesn't always hit you with a brick, he sometimes shoots spitballs. Those spitballs have been hitting me, adn I've been having questions pop up. So, if you could pray for me if you think of it, even just a short mutterance in your prayer time wouldn't go unthanked and unappreciated.

No problem man. Relationships are hard to understand.... Too hard. I'm sure God's will shall be shown to you. Sometimes he doesn't always show us right away, we may have to wait and see what he has in store for us. If she wants to postpone the relationship for awhile let her. She may be unsure as well. But I will be sure to pray for you and your friend.

I'll pray for Ziltch I know it can be tough sometimes trying to figure out God's will for our lives it takes time and allot prayer but in the end it always works out for the best. I will say this though its a good thing that she wants to wait a little while before dating. Since you should get to know each other on a friendship level first before dating so you really know what that person is like cause when your dating your always trying to look your best, act your best, and always please the other person and that might not be how you really are but just an act while your around that person. Most importantly make sure your dating for the right reasons not just personal satisfaction otherwise your just wasting your time and hers and most likely one of you will get hurt emotionally. One last thing would be to make sure that your time together never interferes with your or her time spent with God and preferably you should try to encourage each other in you relationship with God :thumb:
