Cousin's been in an accident

My mom just called me and told me that my younger cousin had a car wreck. She had to be air-lifted to the hospital but besides a badly injured arm she's ok (thank God). The car is totaled so things could have been A LOT worse. But I'm grateful they're not. I can imagine how terrified my cousin is from this experience, not to mention what state of mind her mom is in.

I'm praying for her, and for the family. I'm glad she's okay!

I'll definetally pray!! One of my friends told me about someone she knew (it may have been her cousin too!) that slipped on black ice on the road while driving and the car was turned over and she was sitting there for 30 minutes. Then when they got her out she only had a couple bruises! Praise God! So yeah I'll pray!

Having totalled my car once (no more, thanks), I entirely understand the occurrence. I was fortunate myself, and walked away from the crash with just some scuffing on my hand from where the airbag had deployed.

I'll keep her and her family in prayer, and I'm glad she's all right.

Thank you for your prayers.

Well, I went to see her yesterday and she's doing good. Her arm just gets real painful sometimes but the morphine helps that. She has to go into surgery for her arm tomorrow so they can repair it. She still has use of her arm (with the exception of her pinky) but if doctors can't close it up as it is they may have to take some skin from elsewhere and cover it with that (can't think of the procedure's name right now). I pray that God works everything out and bless my cousin with a speedy recovery, physically and mentally.

I shall contribute towards that speedy recovery, both physically and psychologically by prayers. ^_^
