Ill pray for all of you. Please keep me in your prayers as well. I still struggle with it every know and then but I've been doing better with it for a while now.

Accountability Groups are great and helpful. If anyone needs a accountability partner, don't feel afraid to PM or IM me.

Porno steals away the joy of you and your spouses wedding night. You;ve become numb to it and it's no longer as special. Also by looking at the stuff, you never look at the opposite sex the same way. Rather looking at them as your brother or sister in Christ, you look at them in a wordly view. I have problems with that and I'm ashamed to admit it. I'm also not trying to say "gusy only" but I know some girls who have the problem as well.

Prayer is the mjaor thing. Just pray about it. Pray with your parents, friends, youth pastor or just pastor. Admitance is the second step. To admit your sin to not only to yourself but to God and your family, friends, and church leaders. Doesn't mean tos pread it aorund but admiting that you have the problem and letting others know you do makes a huge step for curing it.

The hirtd step and very important is get rid of the stuff. Find a program that blocks the porn sites oput. I fthiers any in your computer, trash it. If you have the urge, get off the computer immediately and pray, read your bible, or do anything to keep your mind off from it. Remember your mind can only truly keep on one subject at a time. Focus on something else than porn.

If you're home alone, get off the computer and make it a habit not to be on it. Listen to Christian music.

I find keeping some Christian sites (which includes CAA) on the internet helps me alot.

I will defiently be praying for everyone who is dealing with this and don't hesitate tot alk to me. I had a MAJOR problem with it which ruined part of teenager life. And I still have a problem with it but not as much thanks to God, my friends and family. (sorry, this is just a subject that I'm good talking bout with)

I have struggled with this in the past, so I'll let you know how I finally beat pornography with God's grace. Pornography begins with lust, which takes a human person created in God's own image and reduces them to a sexual object. The way I countered this was by asking God to restore my image of them to one of his children created to be in his image and likeness. I did this by imagining myself kneeling in front of Jesus at the crucifixion. Once I feel strong enough I bring the person I'm lusting after in front of the Jesus too, clothed in a white baptismal garment, and I pray for them as a child of God, and for myself to see them as beautiful people of God. Once I've done this, I find it impossible to lust after them anymore. I've never dealt with hentai, so I don't know if it will work just as well since they aren't real people, but you could try to think about how hentai distorts your view of women in general and tramples on the beauty of God's creation.

How strange... there are so many of us here that have been targeted by Lust itself, and among us are those who have overcome Lust and attained victory. We have such an opportunity to learn from each other, to band together and strengthen each of the weaknesses that we have with each other's strengths. Coincidentally, the first thread address that Tsunami gave you is a request from me. I'm not completely finished with this battle yet, but may I offer some advice? I've been fighting this thing for almost 10 years now (I'm counting from my first encounter with the naked female form), and I think I've finally learned some things:

1. No matter how tempted you are and how appealing porn can be, the decision to sin or not to sin is yours and yours alone. No one can force you into it. No matter how hard the enemy may be coming after you, the decision always rests with you. It's your choice, and God has shown you the correct one. The next step is to walk in faith and resist. Remember, though: no man can hope to defeat our enemy on his own. It takes the strength of Almighty God to claim victory, and He is always ready and able to come to our aid. Call on His help at the beginning of your day and keep your mind on Him. He will be your source of strength and not yourself, and you'll have an easier time handling things.

2. Music really helps. Whenever you're on the computer, put on some Christian music (preferably praise music) and keep your mind on the lyrics of the song. If you're thinking about that, you won't be able to bring yourself to sin. Try that. I think it may work for you.

I think we've all been through this valley of life for a reason. Personally, I believe the reason that I'm going through this is for the sake of the children that I hope I have... or to help those who have found themselves walking the same path as I. Nevertheless, I pray that we are all set free from this sin and quickly. Frankly, it's annoying the heck out of me... >_<

It's helpful just to know that you're not alone and that some people have overcome this. I've found that my greatest problem doesnt lie in hentai sites though that's where it started. I love to play hentai games. Dating sim games and others. And the thing is they're addicting. Having someone monitor what sites i go to will therefore not solve my problem.

One game in particular is the most addicting. It plays like airfox on this site, but the difference is the background is of a girl the aim being to shoot off all her clothes. You then go on to the second stage where the aim is to shoot off her underwear and defeat the boss. Needless to say airfox reminds me of that game. I wont say the name of the game here because i dont want anyone else to be tempted to get it. I think that game has got me because it's the sort of game that would be very addicting to play even if it wasn't a hentai game.
