I don't miss those days at all. I'll keep you (and anyone/everyone else with midterms) in prayer.

"The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things... hey... the good things don't always soften the bad things; but vice-versa the bad things don't necessarily spoil the good things and make them unimportant." -11th Doctor

"The advice I like to give young artists, or really anybody who’ll listen to me, is not to wait around for inspiration. Inspiration is for amateurs; the rest of us just show up and get to work. If you wait around for the clouds to part and a bolt of lightning to strike you in the brain, you are not going to make an awful lot of work. All the best ideas come out of the process; they come out of the work itself. Things occur to you. If you’re sitting around trying to dream up a great art idea, you can sit there a long time before anything happens. But if you just get to work, something will occur to you and something else will occur to you and something else that you reject will push you in another direction. Inspiration is absolutely unnecessary and somehow deceptive. You feel like you need this great idea before you can get down to work, and I find that’s almost never the case." - Chuck Close

I'm glad those days are behind me, at least for now. I'll probably never have so many classes at one time again, though. Best wishes to you all. Get plenty of sleep and eat well - those are very important to testing well.

I know how you feel, I just got done taking a couple mid-terms myself. Just study, be prepared and have faith. I know you'll do just fine. I'll pray that everything goes well. Good luck! :thumb:

Yai... "5?!?" And I thought I had it bad (though the beloved quarter system is very taxing too). I'll definitely supplicate for you, as I also have a midterm in 5 days and a 5-7 page paper due in 4. Fortunately for me, Biology has always been my strong suit.

5 tests, yow. I don't miss those days at all. I've only got one actual midterm the week after next, but I've got all kinds of projects to deal with. All the best, and I'll keep you in my prayers.
The scientific method," Thomas Henry Huxley once wrote, "is nothing but the normal working of the human mind." That is to say, when the mind is working; that is to say further, when it is engaged in corrrecting its mistakes. Taking this point of view, we may conclude that science is not physics, biology, or chemistry—is not even a "subject"—but a moral imperative drawn from a larger narrative whose purpose is to give perspective, balance, and humility to learning.

I'll pray. I finished my midterms last week (3 tests) and I'm still recovering (thank God it's fall break!). I'm sure my midterms weren't as bad as others, though, so I'll be praying.
