my knee
ihave just found out that i have a knee effusion (i think that's how you spell it), it's where your cartillage is worn away, and i have to get surgery to correct it. please just pray that the surgery and afterwards goes well.
Always find time in your day to rejoice for something the Lord has done for you... even if it is just the miracle of getting up every morning.
