Nameless injuries

Postby Ashley » Sat Mar 27, 2004 8:29 pm

Hey everyone--just got some major requests from my parents. They volunteer as first aid attendants at a local skateboarding/biking/rollerblading festival called Shred Fest. Basically it's a church sponsored skate park. Anyway, they had some very, very serious injuries today. Several people broke bones in their arms and wrists, but the most serious is a little boy, I think Mom said he was like 12 or so, who has a fractured skull. The crash knocked him completely out, and they had to call an ambulance. He's in Children's Hospital right now, and his mother is speaking to mine. Please pray for him guys--he's in real serious condition. Thanks everyone.
